Before I played 5 years of little league, and football in high school I can remember helping my mom in the kitchen. Earlier this year I began investing in kitchenware purchasing the best consumer level pots and pans you can get, and an awesome Global knife to top it off.
This evening I spent over 3 hours cooking and preparing the delicious meal pictured below. The feast included Tortilla Soup, Rib Eye Tacos, guacamole and salsa all made by yours truly. My mother even went as far as asking me for the recipe to the tortilla soup. I barely had enough time to snap a few pics, we were starving.

thanks Cameron, I just ate some leftovers it was scrumptious. When I get around to hosting poker I definitely make some tacos.
